The company aims to create a unique community space unlike any other in the country or the world. A distinctive feature of the project is that half of the branch is a bank and the other half is a caf\u00e9. Digital Signage technology has been implemented in both parts of the space.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2642 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/idmc.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/af25f3f2-05a8-43aa-a252-157d32d9b001.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"524\" height=\"348\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>A new view of the banking sector through the lens of Digital Signage<\/h2>\n<p>The Santander WorkCaf\u00e9 format was developed by PX Group, a customer experience consultant in South America. The concept combines co\u2011working spaces, a caf\u00e9 and banking services.<\/p>\n<h3>Bank and caf\u00e9 customers and visitors can:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>use free Wi\u2011Fi;<\/li>\n<li>visit the caf\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>use conference rooms;<\/li>\n<li>receive financial consultations from Santander staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are also self\u2011service kiosks for Santander customers to perform transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Santander branches actively use Digital Signage technology. Touch sensors are integrated into the entrance kiosks and into a video wall made up of four 55\u2011inch screens. The video wall is the central feature of each branch. It broadcasts a variety of information: news, economic statistics, promotional offers and other content. A Zytronic touch interface provides an intuitive experience for customers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2643\" src=\"http:\/\/idmc.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/02d0e0f8-7ab2-4015-956e-b38b3ff708f1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"524\" height=\"786\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>About the Digital Signage implementation in their own words<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cWorkCaf\u00e9 Santander transforms how we engage with customers, visitors and the wider community. It reflects the changes we\u2019re seeing in our relationships with customers. It\u2019s what they expect from their banks.<\/p>\n<p>WorkCaf\u00e9 is focused on a younger generation of customers, especially entrepreneurs. They like coming to us, meeting and interacting with us online,\u201d says Mat\u00edas S\u00e1nchez, Santander\u2019s CEO of commercial and retail banking.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith more than 15 years\u2019 experience in retail design and innovation, we created WorkCaf\u00e9. The caf\u00e9 was the ideal solution for transforming the branch.<\/p>\n<p>The unique touch technology was very important for our concept.
