It demonstrates high effectiveness and improved financial performance for restaurants after adopting digital menus. A striking confirmation is the project implemented by Innovative DMC. The results of the implementation exceeded all expectations by at least twofold. In the restaurant business, the average increase in sales comparing BEFORE implementing a digital menu board and AFTER implementing a digital menu is <\/span><b>10\u201315%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The Baggi\u2019z bistro chain shows impressive results from using digital menu boards \u2014 a 23% sales increase in the first week!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3wPUpEYFmOA\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>When <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital Signage helps improve performance<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And it all began with the owner\u2019s desire to keep up with the times and grow the business using innovative solutions. Simply replacing static images of classic \u201ccity\u2011light\u201d posters with digital menus proved insufficient. The best way to strengthen a leading position in the highly competitive HoReCa market is to implement real tools that improve operational metrics. This is possible through:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dynamic content;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centralized management and administration of price updates across the entire network and in individual restaurants;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centralized control of background and advertising audio content.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thus, at the end of April 2018 Innovative DMC began implementing the \u201cBaggi\u2019z &#8211; upgrade\u201d project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Bgapuh1K9cM\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Main stage of <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital Signage \u2014 implementation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result of four months of work, the company received a full suite of consulting services, redesigned content and a professional hardware\u2011software Digital Signage solution. It includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">assessment of the network\u2019s financial performance;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">building a centralized content management system across the restaurant network;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">professional displays for digital signage and menus;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">iDS media players developed by Innovative DMC to perform a wide range of Digital Signage tasks;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">software that enables system control from any gadget anywhere in the world;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">development of a content concept and broadcasting strategy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A menu redesign was completed for the Baggi\u2019z bistro chain. Other successfully completed tasks include identifying and segmenting high\u2011demand product groups for effective presentation to guests at quick\u2011service establishments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/O-aiT67XtVk\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital Signage \u2014 a tool for customer engagement<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emphasizing the most in\u2011demand menu items according to time of day motivates customers to take advantage of a special offer here and now. For example, the \u201cBurger of the Day + Coffee\u201d promotion was developed. A simple mechanism \u2014 demonstrable result:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7:00\u201310:00 \u2014 breakfast hours. During this period the digital menus display the special offer: burger of the day + coffee = 10% discount. Simple? No \u2014 effective!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10:00\u2013closing \u2014 the main menu is displayed in a logical sequence for ordering. The guest sees monitor 1, then 2, 3 and 4. The content playback logic is sequential: main menu, salads\/starters, desserts and drinks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implementing this solution increased burger sales in the morning and raised the average check throughout the day.
