We installed 20 digital menu monitors and implemented an automated audio and video content management system. The innovative technology allowed the client\u2019s staff to reduce the time needed to make menu changes and adjustments, lower the likelihood of errors, and establish an efficient workflow.<\/p>\n<p>The company abandoned boring static signs in favor of dynamic digital menus \u2014 and achieved the desired results (and more):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the WOW effect;<\/li>\n<li>increased loyalty among regular customers and attraction of a new target audience;<\/li>\n<li>a contemporary, appropriate image for the venue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to 20 digital menu monitors, the restaurant features four LED video walls. Each zone creates its own unique atmosphere: bright animation plays in the children\u2019s corner, themed sports evenings with match viewings are held for sports fans, and relaxing videos are shown in the lounge area.<\/p>\n<p>The first months of the food court\u2019s operation with Digital Signage confirm its effectiveness. It works as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The guest receives a card at the entrance.<\/li>\n<li>They order dishes they like at any food court module, and the orders are recorded on the visitor\u2019s card.<\/li>\n<li>At the exit the card is returned to the cashier who processes payment.
