{"id":4728,"date":"2023-01-10T13:46:16","date_gmt":"2023-01-10T13:46:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/idmc.com.ua\/?p=4728"},"modified":"2025-11-26T13:15:39","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T13:15:39","slug":"vnedrenie-digital-signage-v-set-kompanij-mhp-krupnejshij-holding-food-retail-ukrainy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/idmc.com.ua\/en\/vnedrenie-digital-signage-v-set-kompanij-mhp-krupnejshij-holding-food-retail-ukrainy\/","title":{"rendered":"Implementing Digital Signage across the MHP group \u2014 Ukraine\u2019s largest food retail holding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe can confidently mark the implementation of this project as one of the most important, large\u2011scale and long\u2011awaited for our company\u201d \u2014 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Kravchuk.Andrew\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Innovative DMC CEO Andriy Kravchuk<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4835 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/idmc.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/dsgo_donermarket-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When reflecting on 2022 and our projects, special attention should be given to one of the country\u2019s fastest\u2011growing retail chains with which we began cooperating. In 2022 the MHP holding opened over 200 stores under its own &#8220;Myasomarket&#8221; network.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advertising\u2011information digital menus powered by the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dsgo.pro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/dsgo.pro<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> software and hardware were installed in each of these 200 stores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The year 2022 began very turbulently for the whole country, if not tragically. The start of the war shook everyone and hit Ukraine\u2019s economy hard. Most projects were put on hold. As a result, many enterprises and businesses suffered \u2014 some were destroyed, others that survived had to cease operations or switch to a \u2018\u2018wartime mode\u2019\u2019 of operation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#DSGO #mhp #digitalmenuboard\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bYz-nxV6YW4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, despite the full\u2011scale invasion, MHP\u2019s plans and the bold franchise managers developing the network continued. After a short pause related to the spring outbreak of war, the large\u2011scale Digital Signage rollout resumed and our team began connecting new outlets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MHP not only \u2018\u2018withstood the blow\u2019\u2019 and continued operating, but despite difficult circumstances it also continued improving service and participating in volunteer aid projects for the population.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MHP holds a portfolio of successful and recognizable brands. The most successful and well\u2011known in Ukraine and beyond is the TM &#8220;Nasha Ryaba&#8221;. The holding also includes brands such as &#8220;Qualiko&#8221;, &#8220;Ukrainian Chicken&#8221;, &#8220;Sultanah&#8221;, &#8220;Assilah&#8221;, &#8220;Sekrety Shefa&#8221; (Chef\u2019s Secrets), &#8220;Kurator&#8221;, &#8220;Legko!&#8221;, &#8220;Bashchynskyi&#8221; and &#8220;RYABCHICK&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Background: Vertical integration of production and an in\u2011house logistics infrastructure made up of nine distribution centers (hubs) in the country\u2019s largest cities allow MHP to maintain strict quality and biosafety control at all stages \u2014 from production to the end consumer. This guarantees the holding\u2019s top product quality that meets international standards FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and BRC Food.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>MHP\u2019s products are sold in markets in more than 80 countries worldwide.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Returning to the Digital Signage rollout details, initially MHP\u2019s marketing department approached us with the task of implementing digital menus in the new retail formats &#8220;Myasomarket&#8221; and Doner Market. The key objective was to reposition the brand from the classic chicken\u2011meat retail format known to everyone as &#8220;Nasha Ryaba&#8221; to a modern food\u2011retail format suitable for rapid franchising under the &#8220;Myasomarket&#8221; and &#8220;Doner Market&#8221; brands. For the record, negotiations between Innovative DMC and MHP began at the end of 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2021 several pilot projects were executed to fully test both the Digital Signage software (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dsgo.pro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DSGO.pro<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) and the Digital Signage hardware (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/idmc.com.ua\/technical-realization\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">iDS+ media player<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), which are integral parts of our solution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In other words, while preparing the technical brief and defining requirements for the integrator\/executor of the Digital Signage rollout, our company passed through multiple stages and ultimately received the status of exclusive supplier\u2011integrator of Digital Signage solutions for all MHP projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MHP requested a software\u2011hardware Digital Signage solution capable of covering all tasks related to remote management of audio, video and interactive content across all business formats and locations where digital menus or advertising displays are or will be installed. Installing and migrating to a centralized content\u2011management system across all LED and LCD screens of the network was a strategic task, making this project one of Innovative DMC\u2019s most important and responsible undertakings in 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the project\u2019s scaling the brand team also decided to use video walls (Digital Signage Video\u2011Wall). An installation consisting of four LCD screens grouped into a single 2&#215;2 video wall was selected. Such installations are a key element of interior or exterior design in any business. MHP\u2019s food\u2011retail stores were no exception.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#DSGO #videowall #digitalsignage\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wF2LH_uEUZU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new TM &#8220;Myasomarket&#8221; format is a neighborhood store offering a wide assortment of meat and meat products: fresh, chilled and frozen meats and semi\u2011prepared goods, plus a broad range of ready\u2011to\u2011eat products. In short \u2014 EVERYTHING needed to prepare favorite dishes. &#8220;Myasomarket&#8221; is a roughly 100 sq.m store that stands out from ordinary convenience\u2011store formats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specialized equipment and open displays allow products to be presented at their best, as expected in specialty stores. In addition, the digital menu screens broadcast dynamic, appealing and appetizing content designed not only to inform consumers about product advantages but also to \u2018\u2018trigger\u2019\u2019 purchase behavior in\u2011store. Depending on outlet size, each Myasomarket is equipped with two to six digital menu screens (digital menu boards). A content\u2011management system forms video content schedules based on time of day, day of week or other flexible criteria. Audio (ambient and\/or advertising) is also centrally managed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By deploying DSGO.pro across the network, MHP gained a single content\u2011management system for different playback devices. This option enables significant savings on POS production and printed materials, logistics and the process of information updates (price updates across one store or the entire network can be performed in a few clicks from anywhere in the world). Additionally, Digital Signage deployment aims to shorten ROI timelines and increase company profitability through partner advertising campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Initially, MHP\u2019s main requirement for Digital Signage software and hardware was flexibility for configuring customized content\u2011management scenarios and the ability to rapidly scale the project across the entire network. As noted earlier, approximately 200 new Myasomarket stores were opened across Ukraine in 2022 \u2014 and this during a full\u2011scale war. Plans for 2023 are ambitious but will depend on the country\u2019s military\u2011political situation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/idmc.com.ua\/vnedrenie-reshenij-digital-signage-v-retail-seti-marketov-lotok\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When discussing this food\u2011retail implementation it\u2019s worth recalling another major project of ours \u2014 Digital Signage deployment based on DSGO.pro in the LotOK store network. Details are available via that link.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Brief description of the request and requirements for a centralized system to manage audio, video and interactive content on digital playback devices (including Android smartphones and tablets)<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4837 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/idmc.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/snimok-ekrana-2023-01-10-v-14.11.51.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"696\" height=\"513\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Main modules<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>SERVER software<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 a set of software modules, databases and a graphical user interface required to create and manage a content broadcasting network on playback modules (Player software). The host PC operating system \u2014 Linux (Ubuntu).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Player software<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 the content\u2011playback module installed on playback devices \u2014 Android devices (versions 5\u20138).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Agent software<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 a module for managing Player software and monitoring the state of playback devices. This module can also act as a Content\u2011Server within a single site, in which case Player software installed on other devices receives content from this Agent module instead of the central server.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4839 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/idmc.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/dsgo_mhp1-1024x542.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Technical requirements for the system.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Server software installed on the Customer\u2019s PC. The PC configuration is provided by the Developer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Unlimited number of managed Players.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; System management via a web interface (browser) both over the Internet and inside a closed local network.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Guaranteed absence of any hidden or open channels for transmitting or receiving system operation data or for external control, except for representatives of the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Technical description \u2014 Player software<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Player software is the content\u2011playback module. Playback devices include Android smartphones and tablets (versions 5\u20138).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Main capabilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Downloading content and schedules from the SERVER software.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Playing content according to the loaded playlist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Sending Player and device status information to the SERVER software.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Loading data for HTML layouts from external sources (e.g., ticketing or POS databases).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Player software installation on playback devices via Google Play Market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Functional requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Seamless and smooth playback of loaded content.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; No playback interruptions during playlist updates or content downloads.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Playback according to the time specified in the playlist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Resumption of playback according to the playlist time after Player shutdown or device reboot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Automatic start of Player and content playback after device power on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Auto\u2011start of Player after the device wakes from sleep (automatically or by pressing Power).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Stopping the Player on screen touch or by pressing Power.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Supported file types:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Video (avi, mov, mp4, mpeg2, mkv)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Images (tiff, jpg, bmp, tga (+alpha))<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Audio (mp3, wav)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; HTML\u20115 layouts<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4845 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/idmc.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/dsgo_mhp2-1024x544.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"340\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Technical description \u2014 SERVER software.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">System management sections:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Template editor<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; File manager<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Player manager<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Settings<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The system uses two types of content projects \u2014 Main and Advertising. Files placed in the Advertising project have higher priority. Both projects can have their own names and publication properties, and they are assigned to Players during registration and can be changed later.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each project has a template \u2014 a layout (zones) for placing content on the screen. Templates are created in the built\u2011in template editor. The number of zones in a template is unlimited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One template zone in both project types is designated as the &#8220;Main&#8221; zone. Template zones in Advertising and Main projects have different file publication properties.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Project Advertising template zones, in addition to file display properties, have the following settings:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; The ability to create Blocks (or groups) of files. Files within a block play not only according to their own playback properties but also according to block properties \u2014 block duration, block repeat interval, file placement method within the block and the logic for handling unacceptable gaps between file plays.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>A Block has these property settings:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Block duration \u2014 an exact time (e.g., 15 minutes) or unlimited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Block repeat interval \u2014 exact time (e.g., every 10 minutes) or repeat without interval.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Distribution of files within the block \u2014 from the start (files are placed from the block start time) or evenly (files are evenly distributed across the block duration; in the pauses between them Main playlist files are shown).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Removal of pauses between files. A property can be anything \u2014 content type, object type, object zone, client name, etc. Any number of properties can be assigned to a file or folder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; create and edit folders and their properties.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Search uploaded files in the system<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; search files by name (full and partial).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; search files by file and\/or folder properties.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h5><strong>File publication<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; publish a file\/folder or their groups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; automatic selection of Players for publication based on matching properties of files\/folders and Player software properties. For example, if Player #1 has the property Advertising, publishing files with that same property will populate the list of Players with that property. Because the number of Players can be large, grouping tools by properties are necessary. Changing a Player\u2019s properties triggers automatic republishing of files that used the changed properties as matching for publication. For example, if Player #1\u2019s property Advertising_1 is changed to Advertising_2, the system checks published files with those properties and republishes them under the new properties.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information about the number of devices in a formed group, how many are unavailable, turned off, or have critically low free space.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sort devices in a group by power state, availability, free space.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tools to manage volume, power and disk cleanup.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Display a screenshot of currently playing content with an option to disable screenshots for faster loading.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Device name.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Device IP address.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volume level, device power status, free disk space.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">View list of published files and folders for selected Players.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information about publication properties for each file and folder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sort published files by type, project name.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information about file size, duration and resolution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information about publication properties of each file.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tools to create, edit and delete publication properties for single or multiple files and folders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tools to replace published files with others while preserving publication properties.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4853 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/idmc.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/dsgo_mhp7-1024x542.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"339\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h5>Settings<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">System settings consist of several sections and serve to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">register and configure Player software.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">register system users.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">create a client database and view playback reports for their files.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Player registration and configuration.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This section displays the full list of registered\/unregistered Players, Agents and their settings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To register Player and Agent software the user uploads installation files for Android devices (available in this section).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registration proceeds as follows \u2014 on first launch the app appears in the &#8220;Unregistered&#8221; list with device name (Brand, model, IP address) and type (Player or Agent). The user enters additional data and performs settings:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">name,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">properties (filters)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">display orientation \u2014 0, 90, 180, 270<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">template area coordinate settings for the device (for video walls)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">project selection for both types (Main and Advertising)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Content\u2011Server selection<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">define the Player group within which automatic change of playback order will occur<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">time zone settings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">device sleep mode settings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">choose content storage location \u2014 internal memory or external (SD card)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Interface requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Tools to configure (including delete) an individual device or a group formed by properties (filters).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Create new and edit existing properties (filters).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Tools to identify a device or formed group (display on the device screen information about it: brand, model, IP address).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>User registration.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two user types \u2014 Admin and User.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admin rights are unrestricted. Each client may own multiple files.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registration fields:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Name<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E\u2011mail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Interface requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Tools to create, edit and delete Clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Tools to select a Client\u2019s files.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Generate a report on a client\u2019s file playback:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; total number of plays in the system for a specified period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; number of plays for a specified period on a specific device or group formed by properties (filters) (date and time of play).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; export client report to xlsx format.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><i>IMPORTANT: This is only part of the technical brief \u2014 specifically the system requirements stated during pilot projects and the overall tender for choosing the system.<\/i><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After two pilots, MHP announced and then ran an open tender: &#8220;Implementation of a centralized system for managing audio, video and interactive content based on a Digital Signage solution.&#8221; As later became known, many integrator companies submitted proposals, but only three finalists (including our company) were selected for detailed evaluation against the declared requirements.
