Comfy has been operating for 20 years and the chain now includes 110 stores across Ukraine. The primary objective was to deploy a centralized content\u2011management system that would provide reliable and efficient control over digital screens, increasing customer engagement and promotional effectiveness. Implementing DSGO.pro across COMFY stores has already proven valuable in enhancing customer engagement, optimizing operations and supporting business growth. With further expansion planned in major cities, the project represents a strategic step toward the future of digital retail in Ukraine. Despite external challenges, COMFY remains committed to technological progress, market leadership and social responsibility, setting an industry benchmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project overview and implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deploying DSGO.pro allowed COMFY to unite more than 50 digital screens across Ukraine into a single centrally managed system. The first deployment took place in Lavina Mall shopping center in Kyiv, laying the foundation for a broader expansion strategy.
