From day one Innovative DMC provided fully functional demo environments and equipment for a risk\u2011free evaluation \u2014 and this case was no exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From demo to the full network<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the pilot proved its value, we moved to full implementation \u2014 starting with vertical 43\u2011inch digital signage displays at checkout areas and sales floors. Why vertical? This format optimizes space while increasing visual impact, making it ideal for delivering point\u2011of\u2011sale and promotional content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#dsgo #retail #digitalsignage\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/B7P89b8gvqo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This format delivered immediate results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Increased impulse purchases through targeted messaging while customers wait in checkout lines<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n<li>Promotion of loyalty programs and current offers<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n<li>Reduced perceived waiting time thanks to background and emotionally engaging content<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced brand image through synchronized, high\u2011impact visuals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With DSGO.pro, LotOK was able to synchronize content across multiple displays \u2014 a capability that unlocked new creative formats and significantly improved customer engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From 50 to 100+ stores<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2022 the chain migrated from the original iDS Cloud to DSGO.pro, enabling advanced integrations with external databases and automating real\u2011time price and stock updates across all store locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The active scaling phase began under the leadership of Darya Dzyuba, the newly appointed head of the marketing department, who became the driving force behind the network\u2019s digital transformation.
