I’m pleased to share a business case about the deployment and scaling of a digital signage solution based on the DSGO.pro platform at one of Kyiv’s fastest‑growing retail chains, LotOK (LLC “LK‑TRANS”).
Back in 2020 our collaboration began with a pilot project that allowed LotOK’s IT team to fully test the capabilities and flexibility of our cloud content‑management system. From day one Innovative DMC provided fully functional demo environments and equipment for a risk‑free evaluation — and this case was no exception.
From demo to the full network
After the pilot proved its value, we moved to full implementation — starting with vertical 43‑inch digital signage displays at checkout areas and sales floors. Why vertical? This format optimizes space while increasing visual impact, making it ideal for delivering point‑of‑sale and promotional content.
This format delivered immediate results:
- Increased impulse purchases through targeted messaging while customers wait in checkout lines
- Promotion of loyalty programs and current offers
- Reduced perceived waiting time thanks to background and emotionally engaging content
- Enhanced brand image through synchronized, high‑impact visuals
With DSGO.pro, LotOK was able to synchronize content across multiple displays — a capability that unlocked new creative formats and significantly improved customer engagement.
From 50 to 100+ stores
In 2022 the chain migrated from the original iDS Cloud to DSGO.pro, enabling advanced integrations with external databases and automating real‑time price and stock updates across all store locations.
The active scaling phase began under the leadership of Darya Dzyuba, the newly appointed head of the marketing department, who became the driving force behind the network’s digital transformation. With her support and thanks to collaboration between IT and content teams, DSGO.pro was fully integrated into LotOK’s technology ecosystem.
Today LotOK operates more than 100 stores, all connected via a centralized DSGO.pro content‑management system.
Key takeaways
- Digital signage helped optimize marketing spend and increase ROI
- Vertical checkout screens delivered measurable engagement
- DSGO.pro enabled automated content workflows and real‑time updates
- The project scaled from one store to over 100+ today
