Podorozhnik is the largest national pharmacy chain in Ukraine.
Despite the outbreak of full-scale war in February 2022, the chain remained operational, focusing on improving customer engagement, increasing brand awareness and boosting operational efficiency. As the largest pharmacy chain in the country, Podorozhnik continues to provide affordable and high-quality pharmaceutical services in every region of Ukraine. Despite economic challenges and market uncertainty, the company remains committed to growth, innovation, and improving healthcare accessibility for millions of Ukrainians.
To improve in-store communication and enhance customer service quality, Podorozhnik implemented a digital signage solution in its establishments. One of the key objectives of the project was to reduce costs while increasing business profitability by automating remote video content management processes using DSGO.pro software.
To minimise investment in the project, Android SMART TV-based advertising screens were chosen. It is worth noting that the Podorozhnik pharmacy chain is present in all regions of Ukraine and currently has over 2,000 pharmacies, making it one of the top five largest pharmacy retailers in the country. In most cases, the sales area of a pharmacy is about 30 square metres.
The Podorozhnik pharmacy chain officially opened its 2,000th pharmacy, marking a significant milestone in its expansion. The anniversary pharmacy was launched in the village of Volodarka in the Kyiv region, further strengthening the chain’s presence throughout Ukraine.
